Hello, welcome on my page. My name is Astrid.
Born and raised in Holland. Happy to be living in the Algarve since 2011. I am fluent in Dutch and English. Growing up with Asthma triggered my interest in a balanced health. Physically and mentally. By balancing my nutrition, excercise and mental health, I am able to live without medication. And I can help you to find your happy, balanced and healthy life.

Opgroeiend met astma heeft mijn interesse in een gezonde levensstijl gewekt. Fysiek en mentaal. Door mijn voeding, beweging en mentale gezondheid goed te balanceren, kan ik zonder medicijnen leven.
